Hi loves,
welcome back to the podcast. I hope you're having a wonderful week so far.
I want to start out this episode with a reminder that when we heal
ourselves we heal generations before and after us.
It's so easy to feel alone or like what you're doing here is insignificant
in the grand scheme of things. But remember,
healing isn't just personal. It's ancestral,
energetic, and collective.
Every time you release old emotions, detox pathogens,
or heavy metals, or nourish your body,
you're also rewriting the energetic code that your lineage carries forward.
So today, I'm diving into some of your questions,
the ones that touch on both the physical and the energetic aspects of
healing. So let's get into it. Okay,
your first question was, can you talk about how our nails and tongues can
tell us something about our health? Absolutely.
I love this question because our bodies are always communicating.
Some of us and the nails and tongue are two incredible diagnostic tools,
especially in the lens of traditional Chinese medicine.
For example, a central line down the tongue often correlates with the
liver meridian or sometimes the digestive system.
It can mean there's stress or imbalance along that pathway.
Similarly, lines or ridges on the nails can also point toward
the liver or detoxification systems needing extra support.
Now, one thing I really want to emphasize is, What realize here is that
these signs don't always mean you're deficient in something.
A lot of practitioners will immediately add in multivitamins when they see symptoms like
this. But sometimes it's less about what's missing and more about why
nutrients aren't being absorbed or utilized.
is in the first place. If your drainage pla- If your
drainage pathways are sluggish, if your liver or bile flow is backed up,
or if there's inflammation in the gut,
the body just can't use nutrients efficiently.
So rather than jumping Jumping. Straight to supplements,
I always look deeper. How's your terrain?
How's your detox capacity? And is your body even ready to receive additional
nutrients? Oftentimes, when we do the deeper root cause work,
the problem resolves itself without the need for a d- additional vitamins,
as long as you're eating a whole foods paleo style diet.
Okay, your next question was,
do you think long term use of probiotics is a good idea,
or should they mainly be used to correct and imbalance?
Also, what are your thoughts on the benefits of love.
Psychedelics for mood. Two amazing questions here.
Let's start with the probiotics.
I personally think probiotics are drastically overused,
and a lot of them aren't as effective as people think.
Many strains don't even survive stomach acid.
And taking them long-term can sometimes create dependence rather than
true balance. We're prob- Where
probiotics do shine is in acute situations.

which are both spore-based and more resilient.
I will link both of those in the notes below if you want to
check them out. But the real goal is to re- build your terrain to
create an environment where beneficial bacteria naturally thrive without
needing constant input from supplements.
The best way to create a d- the
best way to create a diverse first.
And flourishing microbiome is by eating real whole foods,
especially fermented foods like sauerkraut or yogurt,
if you can tolerate them. These are going to be way more beneficial than
any probiotic you find in a bottle.
Now on to psychedelics. One of my favorite topics.
I've personally explored just about every psychedelic out there at some point in my
own healing journey. And what I can say is psychedelics can be deeply transformative,
especially when it comes to mood, emotional release,
and connecting with your higher self.
That being said, nothing is more
powerful than somatic healing.
Psychedelics can open doors,
but somatic work teaches you how to actually walk through the doors and into
great the experience into your daily life.
I know people who have done ayahuasca retreats for 20 years and still have
chronic nervous system dysregulation.
So, it's important that you're using psychedelics as an add-on to somatic healing,
not as a quick fix, stand- and alone approach.
If you're curious, I do really love microflow brand of psilocybin microdoses.
They can be a gentle way to enhance neuroplasticity and connection while
staying grounded. I'll link their website in the notes below.
But remember. The work you're already doing here,
learning to listen to your body and regulate your emotions,
is incredibly powerful in itself,
even without the use of psychedelic medicine.
All right, your next topic suggestion.
One question was, I notice I get bloated when I eat apples,
especially raw. What could be the cause of this?
And what are your thoughts on the anti-tic vaccines,
especially if Lyme bacteria has already been detected in your system?
So let's start with the apples. If you're getting bloated from apples,
especially raw ones, it's often a sign of an imbalance in the gut,
like dysbiosis, SIBO, or even sluggish vial flow.
Apples are high in fodmaps,
which are fermentable sugars that certain bacteria will,
love to feed on. So,
if your microbiome is off, that fermentation can create gas,
bloating, and discomfort. Um,
you can try cooked apples instead. They're much gentler on digestion,
especially if you add warming spices like cinnamon or ginger.
And in the meantime, we'll continue working on clearing out the stagnation that those
bacteria are feeding on in your gut.
Eventually, you'll be able to tolerate fodmaps again.
It just takes some time. Now for the anti-tick backseeds.
I'll be honest, I- Bye. I do not recommend them.
Many of these newer vaccines haven't been well tested for long-term
safety and they can place extra burden on the immune and detox systems.
It's also important to remember that Lyme itself isn't always the enemy.
The back- Back. The bacteria can exist in your system without causing symptoms.
If you're terrain, meaning your immune system,
drainage, and cellular health is strong.
So instead of focusing on eradicating a pathogen with a vaccine,
a.k.a. germ theory, I prefer to Thank you.
Thank you. So, let's focus on strengthening the terrain,
what we call terrain theory. Because when your body is resilient,
pathogens, like the ones that cause lime,
lose their power. Okay,
your next question was, a friend of mine has chronic eczema and hair loss.
Do you think they should consider? Yes,
100% this would be a great idea.
Both eczema and hair loss are signs of internal stagnation,
often involving sluggish drainage pathways,
liver congestion, or even underl- mying parasite or fungal overgrowth.
That is exactly why I created my free cleanse and flow program.
I just recently made it completely free as a resource for anyone who wants
to dive into this kind of work.
It's a beautiful place to start re- connecting with your body's natural flow.
Cleanse and flow walks you through how to open your drainage pathways,
support detox, and begin gentle parasite cleansing in a safe and grounded
way. Inside the program, I also talk about minerals,
nervous system support, and important foundation.
So, if your friend is open to it, I will link it below. It's
an amazing first step to start clearing that internal clutter so the body can
heal from the inside out.
And if there is anyone you know in your life who is struggling with
chronic symptoms, feel free to share this with anyone and everyone you
know who you feel would benefit.
That's why I made it free. I really want to share this work with
the world. Alright,
that was all of your questions for today. I hope these answers brought you
some clarity and inspiration as you continue moving through the layers of your
healing journey. Keep tuning in.
Keep trusting your body's wind. Keep
tuning in. Keep trusting your body's wisdom. And remember that healing is a return,
not a race. Until next time,
have a wonderful rest of your day. Bye bye.
